It's Brunette-ney, b****! (Heh.) Over the weekend, Britney Spears shared a photo of herself that, at first glance, appeared to be some new promo for her Fantasy Remix perfume collection. "Spice up Valentine’s Day by getting ‘Naughty & Nice’ ((pun intended)) ;)," Spears tweeted while posing backstage at her Las Vegas vanity. But wait—that's not the same dark fringed wig she wore in the ads. In fact, we're pretty sure that's not a wig at all. And this isn't even an (official) ad. Could it be?! Britney's gone back to brunette, y'all!
Ever since she shut it down in her big comeback video for "Work B****," Britney's been blonde. But now, it seems she throwing it back to February 2013, when she last dyed it brown. Even the shape of it looks RULL similar to that chestnut brown, face-shaping cut she debuted at Elton John's 21st Annual AIDS Foundation Viewing Party.
The question is: How NEW is this new brunette 'do? Sources Buzzworthy's John Walker, who sits next to us and went to see Brit in Vegas last week, tells us that the night he attended, she wore a long blonde "Slave 4 U"-style wig for the entire show! So is it then possible that the time we thought Britney was playing Nice as a blonde, she was actually a Naughty brunette underneath? SINCE LAST YEAR? Probably not, but just thinking about that is starting to feel very Inception and IDK WHAT'S REAL ANYMORE.
